Tracking Information

 Please view your paypal receipt for tracking information. This is actually a delivery confirmation number that may only show in the tracking system once your item is delivered. The average shipping time for 1st class mail is 2-5 days and Priority Mail is 2-3 days. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order once payment is received.

How to convert files

 

Screen is Blank

  If your screen is going black or blank then most likely it is going into sleep mode. Follow steps 1-4 to remedy this problem.

1. You must set the clock/time on the player first. This is really important otherwise it won't work.

2. After that, go into your "LCD Set" menu and change the "black" (it might be called "darkle" or similar on some players) to the number ZERO (lowest number).

3. Now go into your "Power Off" and set the "Off Time" and "Sleep Time" to number ZERO as well.

4. The most important thing on most of these players is that you have to turn off the player by pressing down on the "play/pause" button. DON'T use the "On/Off" switch as this will reset your clock settings back to default!


Now your player won't go into a sleep mode or turn off. Please remember to turn your player off if you're not using it otherwise you'll drain the batteries .

Exchange

 To exchange your item please return to the following address. Please remember to use the return item form so we can replace as quickly as possible. We will usually ship a new replacement item within 24 hours of receipt.

 Remember to include a return item form,  and a description of the problem, there is a link at the bottom of this page. The returned item must have a return item form submitted prior to returning the item and a copy of that form included with the returned item. Otherwise there will  be a delay until we can identify where it came from.

Refund

 Please note: Prior to returning an item for a refund. If a refund is for defective items instead of exchange. Only the actual item cost is refundable and will exclude all shipping and handling charges. If the item is not defective a 10% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund amount also. For your item to qualify for a refund the item will need to be complete with the retail package and in unused condition.  Remember to include a return item form, and a description of the problem, and/or reason that you are requesting a refund,  there is a return item link at the bottom of this page .

Warranty

  If you purchased your item on ebay then an extended warranty was offered by Square Trade™ for a small fee. Square Trade™ is a third party warranty and is not handled by us. You must contact square trade in regards to that warranty.
